The SUTO S230 / S231 industrial dew point sensors deliver reliable, customer-focused measuring technology in a robust and compact housing, ensuring easy integration into existing processes. They provide long-term, stable monitoring of the dew point of compressed air and gases in harsh and explosive operating conditions. Fast response times ensure safe and reliable indication whenever dew point values exceed permissible limits.
The S230 model is designed for low dew point measurements and delivers accurate results in the range down to -100 °C Td, making it the ideal choice for specialized applications requiring deep dew point measurement. The S231 model covers the standard range from -50 to +50 °C Td, making it suitable for a wide range of compressed air and gas dew point monitoring tasks. Both models are factory-calibrated and ready for immediate use.
Optional IECEx approval is available for hazardous areas. The unique dual-sensor system combines two measurement methods in a single sensor: intelligent measurement technology automatically selects the optimal sensor type depending on the situation, ensuring the highest accuracy and reliability of results.
The transmitters are available with a choice of 4–20 mA or Modbus RTU (RS485) outputs. Parameters can be configured by the manufacturer for your specific application, or you have full access to all settings via the SUTO service kit. The devices can also be connected to SUTO S331 (stationary) or S551 (portable) data loggers for subsequent data analysis.
SUTO’s calibration service helps eliminate downtime and ensures continuous dew point measurement logging.
