The K51E is used by Cable Contractors. This kit provides both Copper and Fiber Optic Tier 1 certification. Wireless testing is supported and requires an optional Edimax EW-7822ULC Wi-Fi USB Adapter.
The TestPro CV100 Platform:
The TestPro CV100 is a powerful modular cable certification platform built on a 9-channel dual-ended measurement engine with a 0.1–3000 MHz frequency range. For copper applications, it delivers rapid certification of Cat 3 through Cat 8 cabling with detailed printed reports. For fiber applications, it performs Tier 1 insertion loss testing. The platform features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, hot-swappable test adapters, and dual full-function handsets that can operate together for end-to-end certification or independently. Each handset includes a built-in 1 Gbps Ethernet port for 100/1000BASE-T SNR testing and network test/discovery, USB interfaces, and TestDataPro cloud/PC integration for automated reporting.
The TestPro K51E is a comprehensive copper and fiber certification solution specifically designed for contractors and installers who work with both twisted-pair copper and fiber optic infrastructure, but do not require Tier 2 (OTDR) troubleshooting, PoE validation, or Multi-Gig testing. It provides full support for current standards, including CAT8.1 copper certification and Tier 1 Singlemode/Multimode fiber certification — complete with a fiber inspection scope and all necessary reference cords for LC and SC connectors.
