Flow meters

LGV V-cone flow meter is the second generation inner cone flow meter. It is a good performance differential pressure flow meter developed by Dandong Top Electronics Instrument (Group) Co., Ltd in cooperation with Tianjin University. The unique support and taper angle design enables it to measure the flow rate of various medium such as gas, liquid and vapor under very short straight pipe section conditions.

Slurry magnetic flowmeter is specially designed for heavy-duty applications such as pulp & papermaking industries, slurries & sludges, mining industry, sewage and other industries.

Asameters model C-G…38/39 all made of stainless steel are designed for medium and high flow rates for every kind of gas (mod. C) and liquid (mod. G) also aggressive, at extreme operating and environmental conditions (high pressures and/or low or high temperatures).

UFM ultrasonic flow meter is widely used in the long-term on-line measurement of various liquids, suitable for all dense pipes. The sensor of flow meter is divided into external clamp type, plug-in type and pipe section type, in which the external clamp type and plug-in type can be continuously and uninterrupted flow installation. The main engine can be installed in the indoor, instrument cabinet, the sensor is installed on the pipe, the main engine and sensor are connected by custom cable, the flow rate can be measured, and the ration temperature sensor can realize the heat measurement.

LGP balanced flow meter is a flow element developed on the basis of standard orifice plate. Its sensor is a porous disk throttling rectifier mounted on the section of the pipe. Size and distribution of each hole are customized based on test data and become function holes. The balanced flow meter sensor can realize the fluid balance measurement skillfully, obviously reduces the eddy current formation, reduces the dead effect and the fluid kinetic energy loss.

Aimag C Electromagnetic flowmeter is specailly designed for corrosive liquid, such as acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, niteric ascid, brine, sea water, alcohol, ammonia liquid ect. Aimag C flow meter use chemical resistant electrodes and liner, and can withstand 40Mpa high pressure flow meter.
Aimag C is best chemical-resistant flow meter for corrosive liquid. The diameter of the electromagnetic flowmeter ranges from DN6 to DN3000.

NBLB target flow meter is a new generation of flow meter developed by our company. It adopts a new force-torque tube-corner conversion mechanism, transfers the angle through the torque tube, then measures the angle through the high precision Hall sensor and outputs the voltage signal corresponding to the flow change and outputs the standard 4 mA~20 mA square (linear) current analog signal. The instrument has the modern popular enclosure design, the shape is beautiful and each working chamber is isolated, uses the non-contact angle measurement technology to avoid the strain sensor force deformation, safe and reliable.

The Series IS/PX/TX Insite™ Air/Liquid In-Line Flowmeter is available in a variety of materials including PVC, Aluminum, Brass, or 316 stainless steel. The variety of optional materials allows the flowmeters to be used in many different applications. The Series INSITE Flowmeters are also available with an optional field adjustable reed switch for high and low alarms.

MTF variable area flow meter for micro flow can measure tiny liquid or gas, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable measurement and wide application range. The instrument is equipped with a fine-tuning valve to facilitate the user’s setting of a specific flow rate. Instrument is based on the float measurement principle. According to the flow direction of the medium, it can be divided into side in and out, bottom in and out of two types. Vortex flowmeter has no moving parts, simple layout of measuring elements, reliable function and long service life. The volume flow of the vortex flowmeter is not affected by thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure, density or viscosity of the fluid being measured. It usually does not need to be calibrated on its own. It can measure the flow of liquid, gas or steam. The resulting pressure loss is small. In addition, the vortex flowmeter has the advantage of high accuracy.

Asameters model L…38 _ 39 all made of stainless steel are designed for low flow rates with any type of gas or liquid also aggressive, at extreme process and environmental conditions (high pressures and/or low or high temperatures).

The Series HFPC/HFPS Flowmeters are a series of clear body, inline flowmeters. This Series consists of the HFPC polycarbonate body flowmeter and the HFPS polysulfone body flowmeter. These flowmeters have dual scales measuring both in GPM and LPM.

MTF variable area flow meter is measured by outputting 4~20 mA two-wire linear current signal, and the communication protocol is loaded. The remote configuration, monitoring, maintenance and calibration of the instrument can be realized. The pressure regulator (constant flow valve) can be selected to make the outlet flow stable.
