Description of ASA 1911-1916

Chief performances are:

  • a) maintaining a constant flow-rate independent of inlet pressure fluctuations
  • b) maintaining a constant flow-rate independent of outlet pressure fluctuations.

To ensure accurate indication in gas measurament, upstream or downstream pressure must be constant. This is not necessary in liquid service.
