The S series laminar mass gas flow meter is designed to measure the flow rate of process gases in real time. Thanks to its unique laminar differential technology and original key algorithms, as well as built-in high-precision real-time pressure and temperature sensor compensation, the product features high accuracy, high repeatability, low zero drift, and low temperature and pressure drifts. The powerful touchscreen display shows the current pressure, temperature, working flow rate, standard flow rate, and integral flow rate. It is possible to switch between different gases using the touchscreen without having to enter conversion factors.

Principle Introduction
Laminar Mass Flow Meter Utilizing patented internally-compensated laminar differential pressure technology, this instrument integrates pressure and temperature sensors to fully compensate for discrepancies between volumetric and mass flow rates induced by thermal/pressure variations. It delivers rapid, precise real-time measurements of five critical parame- ters: : real-time temperature, pressure, volumetric flow, mass flow, and totalized flow， Should you require accurate and rapid gas flow measurement, leak rate detection, or a reference meter for measurement transfer and calibration applications, YIDU flow meters provide an optimal solution.
