The M series laminar mass gas flow meter differs from the S series in that it does not have a touchscreen display. Unique laminar differential technology combined with compensation implemented using high-precision pressure and temperature sensors, as well as proprietary key algorithms, provide the product with characteristics such as high accuracy, high repeatability, low zero drift, and low temperature and pressure drifts. The analog and digital signal communication method is suitable for customers who perform associated process control.
Principle Introduction
Laminar Mass Flow Meter Utilizing patented internally-compensated laminar differential pressure technology, this instrument integrates pressure and temperature sensors to fully compensate for discrepancies between volumetric and mass flow rates induced by thermal/pressure variations.
