The EC series laminar gas mass flow controller differs from the SC series controller in that it does not have a touchscreen display. The technology is based on the laminar differential principle and is independent of the inlet flow conditions. Combined with high-precision pressure and temperature sensors that provide accurate pressure and temperature compensation, the product quickly reaches the set flow rate over a wide range of temperatures and pressures, ensuring measurement accuracy and control stability. Analog and digital communication methods are suitable for customers who perform related process control.

Principle Introduction
Laminar mass flow controllers leverage patented internally-compensated laminar differential pressure technology [Patent No.: ZL20151 0610447.5]. Equipped with integrated pressure and temperature sensors, they comprehensively compensate for discrepancies between volumetric and mass flow rates induced by thermal/pressure variations. Precision solenoid proportional valves automatically modulate gas flow according to setpoints, delivering exceptionally accurate and stable flow measurement and control.
