The Series UFB Ultrasonic Flowmeter Set utilizes the transit-time difference for measuring flow rates in pipes non-invasively. This is the permanent model, allowing the user to mount the converter on a surface or pipe. The easy-to-use compact and lightweight design is intended for mechanical devices using ideally homogeneous liquids that contain no air pockets. The Series UFB comes with a sturdy IP65 rating, protecting it from dust and direct water contact. The Series UFB has 4 to 20 mA and pulse output capabilities.

The Series HF In-Line Flow Monitors are ruggedly constructed and ideal for direct measurement for a range of compatible gases, oil or water based liquids. This Series is designed based on a floating orifice disk and variable area flow measurement. Flowing media forces linear motion of the orifice disk and a ring shaped magnet which ride on a tapered center shaft. The transfer magnet drives a clearly visible magnet follower located outside the flow tube, and a ring on the magnet follower indicates flow rate on the direct reading scale.

The Series HFO In-Line Flow Alarms provide continuous monitoring and control of flow rate levels. The flow alarm can be configured to open or close a contact for an increasing or decreasing set point. Available in 1/4″, 1/2″, 1″ or 1-1/2″ female NPT process connections, in aluminum, brass or 304 SS body.

The Series UFM2 Compact Ultrasonic Flowmeters are economical, clamp-on, ultrasonic flowmeters. The UFM2 implements the transit-time difference to measure flow rates in pipes and can measure velocity and flow in pipes with outside diameters ranging from 3/4 to 7″ (25 to 180 mm). This model comes with a volume pulse and 4-20 mA flow rate output.

The Series PE Orifice Plate Flowmeter offers one-piece PVC construction incorporating a unique holder or carrier ring containing metering taps and integral gaskets. Unlike a standard orifice plate, the Series PE is a true primary element including the various components for differential pressure measurement. It was designed for use wherever there is an application for a conventional flow orifice plate. It can also be used in place of other primary differential producers for efficiency and cost effectiveness. The Series PE is available in line sizes from 1/2″ to 24″ and used for air and most gases. It meets or exceeds ASME, AGA & ISO standards.

The Series OP Orifice Plate Flowmeter is a complete orifice plate flow metering package. It incorporates a stainless steel orifice plate with a unique holder or carrier ring containing metering taps and integral gaskets. It was designed for use wherever there is an application for a conventional flow orifice plate. It can also be used in place of other primary differential producers for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Installation is accomplished simply by slipping the unit between standard flanges (orifice flanges are not required). The Series OP is available in line sizes from 1/2″ to 24″ and can be used with compatible liquids and gases.

The Series SFI-100T Sight Flow Indicators & Transmitters is a low cost and durable flow transmitter that combines our popular 100 Series Sight Flow Indicator with our A-711T output sensor for visual and remote monitoring of flow. The A-711T output sensor has two pulsed voltage signals with one providing a 5 VDC pulse, the other a pulse of the input supply voltage used, ranging from 8 to 28 VDC and a pulsed output with a frequency change proportional to the flow rate.

The Series RM Rate-Master® Flowmeters are a line of general use, direct reading precision flowmeters suitable for both gas and liquid applications. This Series consists of 2″ (51 mm), 5″ (127 mm) and 10″ (254 mm) scales that can be panel or surface mounted with optional precision metering valves. Orifice Asameters Z6, also said kinetic Z6, have the measuring tube directly connected to the main flange, therefore the reading is made directly on the pipeline. They are suitable for the measurement of large flow of water or clear liquids and have reading scales largely increased compared to conventional flow rate range of orifice Asameters series D6-S6-U6.

UFM ultrasonic flow meter is widely used in the long-term on-line measurement of various liquids, suitable for all dense pipes. The sensor of flow meter is divided into external clamp type, plug-in type and pipe section type, in which the external clamp type and plug-in type can be continuously and uninterrupted flow installation. The main engine can be installed in the indoor, instrument cabinet, the sensor is installed on the pipe, the main engine and sensor are connected by custom cable, the flow rate can be measured, and the ration temperature sensor can realize the heat measurement.

Temperature & pressure compensation vortex flowmeter adopts Karman vortex street principle, and the sensor has built-in piezoelectric crystal and integrated temperature and pressure measurement function, which can measure gas temperature and pressure, ensure more accurate volume or mass flow.

Asameters® model V6, proprietary, are flap type flow meters with flow rate reading by pointer, output signal 4-20 mA and HART-Protocol (power supply: 24Vdc ± 10%).

NBLB target flow meter is a new generation of flow meter developed by our company. It adopts a new force-torque tube-corner conversion mechanism, transfers the angle through the torque tube, then measures the angle through the high precision Hall sensor and outputs the voltage signal corresponding to the flow change and outputs the standard 4 mA~20 mA square (linear) current analog signal. The instrument has the modern popular enclosure design, the shape is beautiful and each working chamber is isolated, uses the non-contact angle measurement technology to avoid the strain sensor force deformation, safe and reliable.

MTF variable area flow meter for micro flow can measure tiny liquid or gas, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable measurement and wide application range. The instrument is equipped with a fine-tuning valve to facilitate the user’s setting of a specific flow rate. Instrument is based on the float measurement principle. According to the flow direction of the medium, it can be divided into side in and out, bottom in and out of two types. According to the display mode, it is divided into mechanical pointer type and liquid crystal display with 4-20 mA current output type.

Flanged sensor has a rugged and reliable build. All of its internal components and wiring are isolated from environmental hazards, even the toughest, because the measuring tube in stainless steel 304 and the outer tube in carbon steel are welded to provide a hermetic seal. Therefore it’s free from long-term maintenance.
