Asameters model C-G…38/39 all made of stainless steel are designed for medium and high flow rates for every kind of gas (mod. C) and liquid (mod. G) also aggressive, at extreme operating and environmental conditions (high pressures and/or low or high temperatures).

The Series IEF Insertion Electromagnetic Flow Transmitter is an adjustable insertion flowmeter featuring electromagnetic technology that accurately and reliably measures fluid velocity in addition to providing several continuous signal outputs. This series is specifically designed to offer superior performance paired with simple installation and use. One unit is adjustable to fit pipe sizes from 4 to 36″ (102 to 914 mm), and offers several output options including selectable BACnet MS/TP or Modbus® RTU communications protocol over 2-wire RS-485 in addition to the standard analog, frequency and alarm outputs.

MTF variable area flow meter for micro flow can measure tiny liquid or gas, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable measurement and wide application range. The instrument is equipped with a fine-tuning valve to facilitate the user’s setting of a specific flow rate. Instrument is based on the float measurement principle. According to the flow direction of the medium, it can be divided into side in and out, bottom in and out of two types. According to the display mode, it is divided into mechanical pointer type and liquid crystal display with 4-20 mA current output type.

Asameters model C/G …47 _ 50 all made of stainless steel are designed for applications in potentially explosive areas thanks to their flameproof design,  certified ATEX Ex ia IIC T4, T6… Zone 0 and Zone 1 (on request).

MTFC series purge device use micro metal pipe float flow meter and constant current valve to form a purge device, which realizes the steady output of flow measurement and pressure fluctuation.

Asameters® E and N series are rugged flowmeters, suitable for measuring instantaneous flow of any type of fluid (gas and liquid), at temperature and pressure conditions kept within glass resistance limits, in absence of water hammer.

Asameters® model 1900 – 1901 – 1903 are instant flowmeters for low flows of any type of fluid (gas and liquid), at temperature and pressure conditions kept within glass resistance limits.They differ among themselves for the nominal length of the reading scale.

LBTC positive displacement rotary vane flow meter belongs to volumetric flow meter, which is one of the more accurate instruments in modern industrial liquid measurement.

Differential pressure regulators model R880 made of stainless steel 316L, when coupled with Asameters model 1900-1901-1903 in s.s. 316L, can keep flow rate constant in presence of variable inlet pressure (mod. 1911-13-15) or outlet pressure (mod. 1912-14-16).

The Series HFPC/HFPS Flowmeters are a series of clear body, inline flowmeters. This Series consists of the HFPC polycarbonate body flowmeter and the HFPS polysulfone body flowmeter. These flowmeters have dual scales measuring both in GPM and LPM.

Flow element, also known as differential pressure flow meter, consists of a primary detection piece (flow element) and a secondary device (differential pressure transmitter and flow indicator). Flow element is the most stable and reliable of all flow meters, which has a history of more than 100 years. Its wide applicability, high reliability and accurate accuracy make it widely used in the measurement of gas, liquid and vapor.

Asameters® model P13 are designed for low and medium flows and made in anti-shock plastic material (Polisulfone or PVC depending on the requirement). They are suitable for use with aggressive fluids such as caustic soda, hydrocloridric acid or acids of another kind and in various concentrations.

The Series SSM Metal Flowmeters are rugged, general purpose industrial flowmeters with a direct reading scale and ±2% accuracy. These meters are of T316SS construction and offered in 3/4″ and 1-1/2″ process connections.

LGY compact orifice plate flow meter is composed of flow element, differential pressure transmitter, three-way manifold, temperature sensor and pressure sensor, which can measure liquid, gas, vapor and other medium.

Orifice Asameters U6, also said kinetic, have the measuring tube connected to the main flange, therefore the reading is made directly on the pipeline. They are suitable for the measurement of large flow of fluids.

LGV V-cone flow meter is the second generation inner cone flow meter. It is a good performance differential pressure flow meter developed by Dandong Top Electronics Instrument (Group) Co., Ltd in cooperation with Tianjin University. The unique support and taper angle design enables it to measure the flow rate of various medium such as gas, liquid and vapor under very short straight pipe section conditions.

Orifice Asameters D6, also called kinetics, have measuring tube separeted from the main orifice and are ideal for remote installation, when the metering point is not the same of that of reading.

LGP balanced flow meter is a flow element developed on the basis of standard orifice plate. Its sensor is a porous disk throttling rectifier mounted on the section of the pipe. Size and distribution of each hole are customized based on test data and become function holes. The balanced flow meter sensor can realize the fluid balance measurement skillfully, obviously reduces the eddy current formation, reduces the dead effect and the fluid kinetic energy loss.

Orifice Asameters S6, also called kinetics, have measuring tube in shockproof plastic and are suitable for the measurement of high flow rates of aggressive fluids (acids and alkali) directly on the pipeline thanks to the metering tube connected with the main orifice plate.

Operating principle of LGB Annubar Flow Meter is the same as that of other kinds of differential pressure flow meters, Annubar Flow Meter is superior to other differential pressure flow meters because of its unique structure.
