The AEM AD-OTDR-U-1310_1550 is a singlemode OTDR test adapter for TestPro and Network Service Assistant (NSA) platforms. It operates at 1310 nm and 1550 nm and uses an SC/UPC interface. The adapter is hot-swappable, allowing connection without powering down the test equipment. It is used to locate broken fibers and loss events and, when combined with TestPro Tier-1 optical loss certification, supports Tier-2 certification.
