Description of TRIO.BAS AGC

AGC air sampler consists of one instrument for air sampling at 100 l/min flow rate. Aluminum bell mounted on the aspirating head allows gas sampling at 100 l/min flow rate. Yellow technopolymer bell is used for verifying instrument flow rate accuracy.

AGC instrument housing is designed for enhanced stability on surface. The design ensures convenient keyboard reading by user, and vertical arrangement of suction head facilitates plate or chamber installation. Used for active microbial air sampling.

When used for gas sampling, the instrument measures pressure change created during air aspiration through aluminum chamber. Differential pressure sensor records this change and compares with reference values. Digital control unit functions as flowmeter before gas passes through microbial air sampler.

When used for calibration status verification, the instrument also measures pressure change occurring during air aspiration through technopolymer chamber mounted on instrument head. Differential pressure sensor compares obtained data with reference values.

Upon test completion, instrument displays result: OK — if sampler is calibrated, WARNING or ERROR — if deviation from parameters exceeds allowable limits of initial calibration.

Package contents:
