PCWS – PROCESS COOLING WATER STICK (Supply Side)

Standard Features:
• Superior pressure regulator performance.
• No corrosion, no maintenance.
• True union connection on ball valve; threaded, socket, or custom connections on pressure regulator.
• Molded, machined and assembled in USA.
• Lower cost and smaller footprint than individually assembled sticks.
• Easily adapts to any piping configuration.
• Elimination of threaded joints results in superior mechanical strength.
Custom Sticks:
Can be designed and built to any configuration/ orientation. Valves, gauges, regulator and other components can be customized for any application.
Design: Incorporates Plast-O-Matic premium pressure regulator, pressure and temperature gauge, and quarter-turn True Blue trunnion ball valve in a compact, rugged design. Pressure regulator offers set pressure range from 5 to 125 psi. Gauge can be specified on either side of the regulator so that gauge faces “out” for easy reading. Stick is reinforced to minimize possibility of damage. A variety of end connectors and custom valve combinations can be specified. Wetted metals on gauge only. Ball valve can be actuated at any time if the need arises. All units built in USA and individually tested.

PCWR – PROCESS COOLING WATER STICK (Return side)

Custom Sticks: Can be designed and built to any configuration orientation. Valves, gauges, meters and other components can be customized for any application.
Design: Incorporates quarter-turn True Blue trunnion ball valve, pressure and temperature gauge, and in-line flow meter with visual indicators in asmall footprint stick. Gauge face and flow meter are aligned for quick, at-a-glance reading. Stick is reinforced to minimize possibility of damage. A variety of end connectors and custom valve combinations can be specified. Wetted metals on gauge (brass) and flow meter (T300 Stainless). Flow meter range must be specified. Ball valve can be actuated (requires 90º change in orientation to gauge & meter). All units built in USA and individually tested
