The HIKMICRO Acoustic Leak Detector AD21 is a high-performance device designed for technicians and plumbers to find leaks in plumbing, water service, and residential or commercial properties. The device has four ranges of selectable digital bandpass filters, and the amplification is up to 80 dB. The filtration and amplification of the sound frequencies can help you locate the leakage points accurately. It can be widely used with the handheld sensor and pick-up sensor correspondingly. Furthermore, it can detect ignored leaks, reducing resource waste and property loss.

SuperDetect – Whether you are an experienced leak detection professional or a first-time user, HIKMICRO SuperDetect significantly enhances your efficiency and accuracy. Two Inspection Modes For Fast Leak Location – HIKMICRO Acoustic Leak Detector supports quick inspection mode and route inspection mode, which is suitable for different users’ habits. HIKMICRO AD series can quickly locate the scope of the leakage point, improve the detection efficiency, and reduce the loss caused by leakage.

Four Indoor Band Pass Filters – HIKMICRO AD21P is able to receive signals within the 150 Hz to 7500 Hz range. If there are disruptive noises in the environment, by changing the frequencies of the Indoor low frequency and Indoor high frequency you can apply 4 different filters on the sound signals so as to better hear the water leaks.

Easy To Use, More Flexible Setting – Acoustic Leak Detector AD series features 1024 x 600 resolution, a 7″ LCD touch screen, and a dual-wheel design that makes parameterization of the AD series more flexible and easy to use with gloves.

Hearing Protection with High-quality Noise-canceling Headset – HIKMICRO AD series supports active hearing protection, when affected by large noise beyond the human ear to with stand decibels, with High-quality Noise-canceling Headset it can automatically stop sound playback to avoid hearing damage.

Rugged & Durable Design – The HIKMICRO AD series pick-up sensors are IP66 rated and the handheld sensors are IP54 rated, it passes strict drop tests up to 1.2 meters (3.93 feet) and comes with a two-year warranty.

11 Hrs. Continuous Runtime – Built-in rechargeable battery and battery charging time of 3h up to 90%, and 6h to full charge allow the HIKMICRO AD series up to 11 hours of continuous operation.

The warranty for the HIKMICRO AD21 & AD21P thermal imager is:

• 3 years for components
• 2 years for removable batteries, if applicable

The warranty for additionally purchased accessories is:

• 2 years for removable batteries
• 1 year for interchangeable lenses, chargers, brackets, and pouches

Extended Warranty Service

The Extended Warranty Service is a protection program designed to extend the coverage period of your products beyond the original warranty. This service provides continuous quality assurance and professional support, safeguarding your products against unforeseen failures after the expiration of the standard warranty.

HIKMICRO will provide an additional 180-day warranty if consumers register the products in their HIKMICRO Account within 30 days from the date of purchase. To verify the accurate purchase date, consumers may be required to submit the original invoices.

You may apply for the Extended Warranty Service for 1 or 2 years within six months from the product’s purchase date or registration date (whichever occurs later), and a one-time renewal is permitted within 30 calendar days after the expiration of the initial Extended Warranty.

The extended warranty does not included the thermal detector and battery.
