Description of TSI RHT3000

Humidity and temperature affect aerosol processes and properties. This sensor was designed to measure both parameters in an aerosol flow to your TSI® Condensation Particle Counters (CPCs) and Electrostatic Classifier of the newest generation. When connected with a USB cable to the CPC, the data is automatically recognized and aerosol humidity and temperature is recorded in the CPC. The TSI® Electrostatic Classifier 3082 also detects the sensor and the newest Aerosol Instrument Manager® for SMPS™ is recording data along with the particle size distribution.

Data Acquisition

  • When a USB connection is established, 3rd party software can communicate with the device via simple text commands.
