Description of TRIO.BAS VERIGAS

VERIGAS consists of one digital control unit with tube for connecting measurement bells and two different measurement bells designed for performing two different tests:

• EASYGAS — performs compressed gas sampling in cleanroom.
• VERITEST — verifies flow rate accuracy level in all microbiological air samplers at regular intervals.

VERIGAS is an auxiliary instrument for TRIO.BAS air sampler. The system measures pressure change created by sampler during gas aspiration through bell (for EASYGAS — stainless steel, for VERITEST — technopolymer) on aspirating head. Differential pressure sensor measures this change and compares it with reference values.

For EASYGAS:

Compressed gas flow is regulated by digital control unit (flowmeter function) before entering the air sampler.

For VERITEST:

Result is displayed on control unit at test completion:

OK (sampler is calibrated), WARNING or ERROR (sampler is not calibrated according to calibration specifications).

EASYGAS verifies that compressed air contacting with product does not contain microbiological contamination in sterile or aseptic conditions, such as cleanrooms. Any air sampler is easily and aseptically connected to compressed gas outlet. Before supply to TRIO.BAS, flow is regulated by flow rate valve. Data is transferred via Bluetooth/cable to PC through software compliant with GMP/GLP. 1,000 liters of compressed air/gas impacts on 90 mm agar Petri dish / Contact plate for microorganism capture. Can be used with TRIO.BAS, AIRBIO and MULTIFLEX air samplers.
