Description of TRIO.BAS FLUGAS

Microbiological sampler for quality control of compressed air/nitrogen/CO₂/argon and other gases in cleanrooms.

The device is designed for testing the presence of microorganisms in compressed gas samples (air, nitrogen, CO₂, argon) supplied from tanks and pipelines under pressure.

Features

  • Aspiration volume: 100 or 200 l/min (200 l/min — optional)
  • Flow rate is guaranteed by flow regulator controlled by operator through calibrated rotameter
  • All components are autoclavable (except rotameter and timer)
  • ASPIGAS chamber is included
  • Data is automatically registered when working with TRIO.BAS/AIRBIO samplers. When used with ASPIGAS chamber — manual registration
  • Gas inlet pressure: 1–10 bar
  • System complies with ISO 8573-7 and ISO 14698 standards

When FLUGAS is used with ASPIGAS chamber, sampling is performed manually, and duration is controlled by digital timer. When connected to TRIO.BAS or AIRBIO ONE air samplers, test is performed automatically, controlled by device software and sample data is saved. Data transfer to PC is performed via cable or through Bluetooth using specialized software compliant with GMP and GLP requirements.

Application: Pharmaceuticals, Cleanrooms, Biotechnology, Fermentation, Medical Devices, Food Industry, Dairy Industry, Beverages, Agro-industry, Catering, Cosmetics, Stem Cells

FLUGAS System consists of the following components:

  • Compact stainless steel base (1);
  • Analog calibrated vertical flowmeter (2);
