Description of TRIO.BAS DUO INDUCTION

TRIO.BAS Duo Induction is a portable air sampler with two aspirating heads, designed for microbial monitoring in zones with intensive staff rotation and high quality requirements according to QM/GMP.

Features:

• Two aspirating heads reduce total sampling time and allow the simultaneous use of different culture media or monitoring BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER technological processes.
• Automatic microbial monitoring in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Wireless data transfer module (Bluetooth): data transfer between the instrument and Android devices (smartphone/tablet), with subsequent transfer to a PC or laptop.

• Induction charging: the battery is recharged by a base station induction charger without any cable connection between the air sampler and the charger.

• Compatibility with barcode systems: use of a Bluetooth scanner for automatic registration of the operator, sampling location, and plates used (including those with barcode or 2-D barcode (QR Quick Response Code)), with data transfer directly to the device.
• The use of sterile Daily Shift aspirating heads reduces the risk of contamination and ensures ease of operation.
• The sampler features a light weight and ergonomic balanced design to facilitate handling with or without gloved hands.
• LED indicator on the display shows the current device status (Waiting delay time, Sampling in progress, Sampling pause) via different flash types.
• It is possible to work either in manual or automatic mode.
• Data can be exported for analysis or inspection verification.

Sampling Programming Modes:

• SEQUENTIAL: launch of the second head immediately after the first completes.
• SIMULTANEOUS: both heads operate in parallel.
• INTERVAL: sampling with a set time interval.
• CONTINUOUS: the next head activates immediately after the previous one completes.

Additional Functions:

• LED indicator on the display shows the current device status (delay, active sampling, pause) via different flash types.
• It is possible to work either in manual or automatic mode.
• Data can be exported for analysis or inspection verification.

	S/S Floor Tripod	Adjustable height from min.150 cm to max 200 cm ensures convenient sampling at medium height. Supports direct mounting of the air sampler or installation of a STAND UP holder (optional). A ball joint fixes the air sampler and adjusts its orientation.
	TRIO.BAS Wall/Table Holder	It can be positioned on any work surface or can be fixed onto a wall to keep the air sampler in the same direction of the air coming out from conditioned port.
	Vertical Hook Holder	It can be positioned on any work surface or can be fixed on all tripods and MAXI multi holder cart with wheels. Fixed on a vertical tripod, the holder allows the air sampler to be independent from the tripod for charging the battery or removing the plates for sampling.
	Stand Up Maxi Holder for MONO, DUO, TRIO	Completely made in high density impact resistant techno-polymer. Allows the vertical positioning of the air sampler with the use of just one hand. Compatible with any work surface, tripods and the MINI cart. Allows easy charging of the instrument and plate replacement without removing it from the holder.
