TRIO.BAS Airbio Duo Cable is a portable microbial active air sampler with two aspirating heads, designed for performing a large volume of microbial controls in various production and laboratory environments with high staff rotation and the need to comply with quality standards and QM/GMP. The instrument design ensures compliance with regulatory body requirements for continuous microbial environmental monitoring.

Features:

• Two aspirating heads allow the simultaneous use of different culture media and significantly reduce total sampling time. The vertical orientation of the aspirating heads facilitates plate installation and contributes to maintaining laminar air flow.
• The instrument body offers enhanced stability when placed on a surface and ensures convenience of visual control and data entry thanks to the ergonomic tilt of the control panel. Operation is possible in both manual and automatic modes.
• Supports the Automatic next calibration reminder function.
• Sampling data is transferred via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet running Android, with subsequent transfer to a PC/laptop via dedicated software. A wired data transfer method is also possible. The instrument battery is recharged via a cable connected directly to the device.
• Air flow up to 200 L/min allows reducing the load on operators and accelerating the control process.
• The use of sterile disposable Daily Shift aspirating heads reduces the risk of cross-contamination and ensures the availability of an individual certificate of sterility required for inspector checks.

• SEQUENTIAL (SEQUENTIAL): The second head starts after the first stops
• SIMULTANEOUS (SIMULTANEOUS): Both heads operate synchronously
• INTERVAL (INTERVAL): Sampling at set time intervals
• CONTINUOUS (CONTINUOUS): The second head starts immediately after the first stops
