The electrically heated hose INOX-type is based on a AISI 321 flexible stainless austhenitic steel hose with parallel ondulation, without gaskets and seam, which guarantees perfect tight of pressure and also very high flexibility, assured by the deformation of continuos section. It’s equipped, in function of operating conditions, of one or more AISI 304 metallic braid, to resist to the bottom boost caused by internal pressure.

It has a maximum operating pressure of 132 bar (with single walled hose and single braid, Ø 1/4”, at room temperature).
It’s available in the following versions:
T100 for operating temperatures up to 100°C (212°F)
T200 for operating temperatures up to 200°C (392°F)
T250 for operating temperatures up to 250°C (482°F)
T350 for operating temperatures up to 350°C (662°F)
Nominal diameter of the internal hose from 1/4” to 6”.

APPLICATIONS
Applications at very high temperatures (> 250°C / 482°F) in particular tar transport, road-working machinery.
