Description of HIKMICRO SP40

The HIKMICRO SP40 high-performance handheld thermal camera is ideal for industrial, predictive, oil and gas, and utility maintenance inspections. HIKMICRO SP40 has a high sensitivity (NETD < 30 mK) and high resolution (480 × 360) HIKMICRO VOx detector, and the temperature calibration is up to 650°C. Advanced features help thermal imaging professionals to easily survey equipment and find signs of malfunction, such as GPS and compass annotations, continuous digital zoom, and 1-Tap level and span. Connect HIKMICRO Viewer App or HIKMICRO Analyzer software to transfer, analyze, and share pictures, and generate reports for free.

The warranty for the HIKMICRO SP40 thermal imager is:

Extended Warranty Service

The Extended Warranty Service is a protection program designed to extend the coverage period of your products beyond the original warranty. This service provides continuous quality assurance and professional support, safeguarding your products against unforeseen failures after the expiration of the standard warranty.

HIKMICRO will provide an additional 180-day warranty if consumers register the products in their HIKMICRO Account within 30 days from the date of purchase. To verify the accurate purchase date, consumers may be required to submit the original invoices.

You may apply for the Extended Warranty Service for 1 or 2 years within six months from the product’s purchase date or registration date (whichever occurs later), and a one-time renewal is permitted within 30 calendar days after the expiration of the initial Extended Warranty.

The cost of extending the warranty for the HIKMICRO SP40 is:

Calibration of HIKMICRO SP40

The cost of calibrating the HIKMICRO SP40 thermal imager is €1332 for the General Lens and €400 for the Additional Lens. The lead time is 2 to 4 weeks. A calibration certificate with test results is included in the price.
