Description of HIKMICRO M11

HIKMICRO M11 handheld thermography camera is specially designed for professional inspections. It’s equipped with a 192 × 144 resolution thermal detector and an 8MP resolution visual camera. The high resolution 3.5-inch touch screen displays crisp, clear images and streamlines camera operations. Imaging modes include thermal, visual, picture in a picture of the optical and thermal view, and fusion of both channels. The M11 quickly identifies potential faults, quantifies the impact with accurate temperature measurement, provides detailed documentation to complete your inspections efficiently.

Warranty for HIKMICRO M11

The warranty for the HIKMICRO M11 thermal imager is:

• 3 years for components
• 10 years for the infrared sensor
• 2 years for removable batteries, if applicable

The warranty for additionally purchased accessories is:

• 2 years for removable batteries
• 1 year for interchangeable lenses, chargers, brackets, and pouches

Extended Warranty Service

The Extended Warranty Service is a protection program designed to extend the coverage period of your products beyond the original warranty. This service provides continuous quality assurance and professional support, safeguarding your products against unforeseen failures after the expiration of the standard warranty.

HIKMICRO will provide an additional 180-day warranty if consumers register the products in their HIKMICRO Account within 30 days from the date of purchase. To verify the accurate purchase date, consumers may be required to submit the original invoices.

You may apply for the Extended Warranty Service for 1 or 2 years within six months from the product’s purchase date or registration date (whichever occurs later), and a one-time renewal is permitted within 30 calendar days after the expiration of the initial Extended Warranty.

The cost of extending the warranty for the HIKMICRO M11 is:

• 1 year – €199
• 2 years – €399

The extended warranty does not included the thermal detector and battery.

Calibration of HIKMICRO M11

The cost of calibrating the HIKMICRO M11 thermal imager is €332 for the General Lens. The lead time is 2 to 4 weeks. A calibration certificate with test results is included in the price.
