Description of HIKMICRO B21L

HIKMICRO B21L is designed for temperature measurement to find invisible faults. It’s equipped with a 256 × 192 high-resolution thermal detector, giving you enhanced details for your inspection. The thermography ranges from -20°C to 550°C (-4°F to 1022°F), which meets the most situation. It helps the staff to quickly find the fault according to accurate temperature measurements of high-temperature targets in the environment. Meanwhile, it provides assistance decisions and ensures safety. The device is mainly applied to various industries, such as Building, HVAC, auto industry, etc.

Enhanced Thermal Clarity with SuperIR – HIKIMICRO B series features a highly sensitive (NETD < 40 mK) VOx detector with a resolution of 256 x 192 (49,152) pixels, along with optimized image enhancement algorithms to provide clear thermal images.

The warranty for the HIKMICRO B21L thermal imager is:

• 3 years for components
• 10 years for the infrared sensor
• 2 years for removable batteries, if applicable

The warranty for additionally purchased accessories is:

• 2 years for removable batteries
• 1 year for interchangeable lenses, chargers, brackets, and pouches

Extended Warranty Service

The Extended Warranty Service is a protection program designed to extend the coverage period of your products beyond the original warranty. This service provides continuous quality assurance and professional support, safeguarding your products against unforeseen failures after the expiration of the standard warranty.

HIKMICRO will provide an additional 180-day warranty if consumers register the products in their HIKMICRO Account within 30 days from the date of purchase. To verify the accurate purchase date, consumers may be required to submit the original invoices.

You may apply for the Extended Warranty Service for 1 or 2 years within six months from the product’s purchase date or registration date (whichever occurs later), and a one-time renewal is permitted within 30 calendar days after the expiration of the initial Extended Warranty.

The extended warranty does not included the thermal detector and battery.

Calibration of HIKMICRO B21L

The cost of calibrating the HIKMICRO B21L thermal imager is €265 for the General Lens. The lead time is 2 to 4 weeks. A calibration certificate with test results is included in the price.
