The UQK(S)-100 float level controller is connected to the storage tank or container through threads or flanges. When the liquid level changes, the float move with it, so that the magnetic steel at the other end of the rod swings up and down. MLT type magnetostrictive level transmitter is a kind of high-precision level transmitter, and it is also mounted as an external binding transmitter on the local level gauge. The product can be used for level and interface measurement. Through the magnetostrictive wire, the core part of the sensor, the small changes in magnetic field vectors are transformed into mechanical waves. The sensor circuit transmits current pulses along the magnetostrictive wire inside the sensor tube, forming a ring magnetic field around the magnetostrictive wire. When a float is encountered, the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnetic steel inside the float magnetizes the magnetostrictive wire axially. When the two magnetic fields are superimposed, the pulse is transmitted along the magnetostrictive wire to the top and bottom ends of the sensor respectively, and the float position is accurately confirmed by measuring the time difference between the starting and returning pulses.

In 2007, Dandong Top Pump Co, Ltd, a subsidiary company specialising in the development and sales of magnetic pumps, was established. DTOP was the first company in China to register its flow and level transmitters with the International FF Fieldbus Foundation and became a member.
In 2008, the company participated in the development and formulation of the national standard of “Dispenser Level Transmitter”. The entire product line joined the international HART protocol.
In 2009, Dandong Top Measurement and Control Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, a subsidiary company was established to research, develop and apply industrial process automation control systems. A modern new standard factory was put into operation, and more than 200,000 level and flow meters were produced in one year.
In 2010, the Research Institute of Dandong Top Electronics Instrument (Group) Co., Ltd was established to research and develop automatic control systems, application software and application electronic components.
