Dwyer is a manufacturer of instruments for measuring pressure, temperature, level and many other parameters of process media. In addition to measuring instruments, Dwyer provides process control equipment. Dwyer is the holder of more than 650 technical patents, and this number is increasing every year, which demonstrates the great experience in the production of measuring and control equipment.

The Series ILA In-Line IR Sensors, measure temperatures from 32 to 932°F (0 to 500°C) and provide a linear 4 to 20 mA, or thermocouple output. The 2-wire signal is compatible with almost any indicator, controller, recorder, data logger, etc., without the need for special interfacing or signal conditioning. They are suitable for most materials such as food, paper, textiles, plastics, leather, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, rubber, coal, and asphalt.

The Series TE Duct and Immersion Temperature Sensor can be used to monitor air or water temperature throughout a building management system or an air handler unit. Flanged duct sensors monitor the supply or return air and provide a thermistor or RTD output to the digital controller. Immersion sensors which are supplied with compression fittings are typically used to monitor the hot or chilled water lines throughout a building. Thermowells are recommended, but not required on the immersion sensors.

The Model TBU-00 Temperature Transmitter is a high precision temperature transmitter designed to easily mount in most temperature sensor instrument enclosures. The universal input reduces inventory while the micro-USB port facilitates easy configuration, and calibration in the lab or in the field. The versatile TBU model allows for selection and configuration of input type, measurement range, and calibration. The output can be set as either direct 4 to 20 mA, or reverse 20 to 4 mA, through easy to use configuration software.

The Series O-4 Outside Air Temperature Sensors are great for monitoring ambient air temperatures in outdoor applications. The temperature sensors are mounted in a NEMA 4X enclosure with integral mounting tabs. The mounting tabs can be used to surface or suspension mount the temperature sensors. The removable terminal block makes installation easy. The Series O-4 can be used to measure outside air temperatures in building automation systems or room temperatures inside agricultural ventilation houses.

The Series CC1 Averaging Temperature Sensor Clips are used to mount the capillary of the AVG series temperature sensor to the wall of the duct or air handler. The clips are available in gray or a natural color. The clip can hold 1/8″, 1/4″ or 3/8″ capillary diameters. The top of the mounting clip can also be used to hold a single 1/4″ diameter temperature probes in place. Slots are provided for using nylon zip ties to hold the tubing in place, if needed.

Dwyer uses advanced computer modelling software to simulate real-world situations, creating more accurate measurement methods in its products. Innovative product design has been recognised by industry experts, including the ACHR Dealer Design Awards in the Testing and Monitoring category for 2014 and 2015. Dwyer has invested in state-of-the-art research and development centres to conduct best-in-class product testing and validation.
Founded in 1931, DWYER manufactures equipment for measurement, conversion and control – pressure, temperature, level, flow. Most of the instruments are known by their international brand names – such as Magnehelic and Spirahelic – differential pressure gauges; Photohelic – electrical contact gauges; RateMaster and MiniMaster rotameters, Visi-Float flow meters; Slack-Tube and Flex-Tube – U-tube gauges; Dwyer – pressure sensors with electrical contacts; Flotect – sensors, level and flow switches, Magnesense – differential pressure sensors.
